Kinga Tripea

Project Support Officer

I have worn many hats throughout my diverse career.

My passion to work and help underserved communities led me in taking a role as a Community Engagement Worker, supporting for many years, Eastern European families throughout a project in Bradford Undercliffe.   This work experience encouraged me to dare for more and to join Bradford’s Trust in accepting to become a Community Research Assistant in the BIBBS Study. In these roles, I helped coordinate initiatives and outreach programs aimed at improving access to resources and opportunities.

I also did an Executive Administrative Assistant job previously, where I got familiar with accounting, business managing, and I developed financial management skills.

However, my greatest passion has always been music. I am flautist, and I am particularly drawn to create flute arrangements for orchestral film tunes, pop music and beloved Disney songs.

Me and one of my daughters teamed up musically with, forming a duet act. While I choose the music pieces and work on songs for our repertory, my daughter is adding her angelic vocals into the theme songs. We share a deep bond over music and often incorporate it in our everyday life, spending quality time together by studying music to perform for open event concerts for our community and other members of the public.

I am a true multi-faceted spirit. I am so glad to enter in the Babi team and to get to know and support colleagues working in this project.
